Hey Oculus, so I had this same 3 dots issue for Air link, and it got solved only when I rolled back my Nvidia GPU drivers from 466.63 to 461.92 (on my laptop with mobile 3070). Is this a proper solution? Because my steamVR crashes and restarts whenever something graphic intensive plays, so I wasn't sure if this was because of the older drivers.

After looking at Device Manager I noticed that my motherboard USB 3.0 ports on on a Etron USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller. Luckily I have a PCIe USB 3.0 expansion card and after plugging it into one of those slots Oculus Link works. Hopefully the Link become compatible with more common USB controllers in the future.
