little to none, my buddy had 35x14.5 on aftermarket wheels, cranked bars and a 3" BL. He had to trim his lower valance and he rubbed a little on the back of the fender and the bottom corner of the front bumper still. This was on a 97 Chevy ECSB Z71. Shitty pic but its the only one of his truck with the 35s.

Although since the bead area can vary in thickness you may see this wheel listed as a +3 through -2 or -3 offset, or a zero offset as 4.4-4.6" or so backspacing. Now lets say a 10" wheel with 4.5 backspacing, overall width of ~11" would give 5.5" center.
