My pharmacy drug management is through Express Scripts- Accredo. They stopped allowing Remicade to be used and were pushing everyone to the generics. I fought (because I work for a health insurance company I’m familiar with this stuff) and they switched me over to Prime Therapeutics and my copay for my infusions even went down after switching.
