So funny enough, I JUST got my Form 1 for my AP5 approved 30 minutes ago. I guess responding to this thread was good luck. But yup, my form 5320.23 has Century Arms, Inc as the importer, but the Form 1 has MKE as the manufacturer.

I just did my form 1 and submitted as Century Arms, it was approved in about 13dys. The box asks for Manufacturer or Importer so Century Arms - the importer - entered in that field wouldn't be an issue.
