Bannerlord glaive. Haven't used the Long Glaive yet but I think I'll like it for the flexibility of using as a lance one handed with a shield in the other. I've been using the Glaive like that and got lucky in a few battles charging far ahead of my line with my shield raised against projectiles hunting the enemy commander and disrupting their formation.

My love for the long glaive is a lot about the feeling but i didn't try a lot of weapons actually. What I like about the Long Glaive: Good damage and range to be able to "harass" in close combat the ennemy cavalry without risking to die. While you fighting foot troops you dont need long glaive to fight them. You can do with long bardiche. Exceptions are armies with lots of pikes, there you wold want to have long couching lance, since AI is terrible at timing of thrusts so you can couch-harass them., Bring Back Voulge.
