Anecdotally, I am on 200 mg lamictal, 60 mg buspar (30 in the morning, 30 in the evening) and up until about a week ago I was taking 50-100 mg of trazodone at night to sleep. I never had seratonin syndrome. Along with those, I also take 5 mg abilify, 10 mg lexapro and 30 mg vyvanse.
