Update** After removing my SD card and installing directly to the switch then transfer the game to the SD card I’m able to play the games, I had a similar problem with a trusted SD card from Nintendo which had to be formatted several times but what I did seems to be the best troubleshoot to avoid formatting your memory card and losing all saved data etc

Try a new SD card and make sure it's a decent branded one as the Switch doesn't tend to play nicely with the cheap cards. If the data for the game has somehow become corrupted on the card then a fresh install onto a new SD card would be the way to go. Alternatively try a fresh install onto the system memory and see if that works.It always tries to go to the SD. Hm darn. That is weird. Try to cancel the dl.
