You need a backpack, if you brought two weapons and one of them didnt make it in, the weapon that does make it in will be in your primary slot. Stow it, equip it again and it will be in your secondary slot. The trick to fix this is to UNLOCK the attachments (s) that are included with the blueprint. Say for instance you don't have an attachment unlocked like the FTac Ripper 56 and it is on the blueprint you need to go unlock it.
