Took the nclex yesterday (6/23) going in after receiving a 97% first chance pass rate from ATI and doing well in nursing school graduating summa cum laude (which I worked my ass off for), a CAT pass from archer in 85 questions, and 4 high-very high passes on archer readiness assignments. I listened ..., Clearly that didn't go well. I scheduled my exam for Thursday morning at 8:00 and completely guessed on the entire thing. Felt super unprepared and started tearing up mid-exam (bad test anxiety). I got 78 questions and walked out of the testing center knowing I failed. The next morning I received an email from the SBON saying I failed 🙃., Questions about how a patient should be positioned when using crutches, lots of questions about creatine clearance!!! 2 psyc questions. 2 ETHICS (negligence & sata about veracity, fidelity, benefience, etc) there was alot about PPE (doffing, donning, sterile gloves application). So much questions about rooming pts based on the infection/disease ..., Focused literally on the questions in front of me and did not deviate from my gut choices. Treated the exam as if i were just studying another set of practice questions. Ended up finishing this attempt in 85 questions, which was completely NEW to me. I did end up getting a lot of priority questions before It shut off, which I heard was a good sign.
