When I downloaded and installed Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020(from the official site), one of the things it installed was the "services" noted in the Subject. I use the top 3 A/V progs, plus the Windows A/V, and none of them find issues with it. As a result, I'm concluding that it's a Microsoft thing.
