Aloe potions are 10 aloe in a cauldron. 7 if you get a lvl 2+ alchemist. Mitra temple can make a healing dish. Eating cooked meat is the best very early option. It's not ideal but you can get up and running with a cauldron and aloe pretty quickly before that early healing becomes too much of a pain.They become a Tank.
