Green key light blinking on dashboard

Just bought a Camry SEV6 4 months ago. Today the smart key could not start the car. I changed the battery and even used the spare key, it still would not start. Everything else works fine, like the keyless entry and all accessories. The key LED blinks as I enter the car. The dash shows a blinking yellow key indicator instead of green.
