Hernia under ribs on right side

Just this past week I’ve experienced the worse pain on my upper right side wrapping around under my front right rib cage and to my back. I’m beyond scared and am getting blood work next week. It seems the pain is worse when I’m getting like I can feel my food going down and it hurts. There’s also time where is spasms and hurts as well.
