In my opinion, the goal is to show progression so as long as you get consistently better, you should do just fine. In terms of resources, there's always Truelearn (Combank) and Uworld but if you've been doing Amboss and Comquest, I don't think that's going to be much help. The number one resource I used during 3rd year was anki.

Comquest comat series is just another shitty question bank. My plan is to run through the Comquest Qs like a week before the shelf exam, just to get used to their vagueness. I've heard friends say that 5-6 Qs are usually repeats from those COMAT exams. Otherwise, I use UWorld and Online Med Ed.It definitely prepares you for the question style of the comat.
