Guidance. Recently had an attempted gift card scam. It was around 10pm, I was out doing food delivery and was happily surprised with a $20 Walgreens instacart shop, 1 item. Immediately upon accepting the customer messages me. Instacart in my area says they'll guarantee $74 if you complete at least 4 batches today but most batches are doubles, triples and they only count a double or triple as 1 batch apparently. It's almost impossible to do 4 without making more then the $74. This promotion is pretty much worthless.I do Instacart shopping and whenever I have an issue i call IC. Usually they call me back from different numbers. I have noticed that when i am not working i get calls from those exact numbers titles as Scams. So i block them. But when i work IC and have to call them. When IC calls me the calls do not go thru because they are on my scam block list.Instacart support was beyond useless at first, not even realizing that not only didn't I get my order, but that I had a fraudulent charge added to it. I didn’t think anything would come of it but today they removed her rating for fraud and the missing items report has been removed as well.
