With the motor off, a properly charged battery should read about 12.8 volts. The output at the motor before the rectifier should read about 26 to 30 volts AC.

Given a older mule kaf540. Hi all. I have been given a 1990ish kaf540. It has a few problems and I need to know what I am into. It starts but only after alot of cranking with full choke. The R,R axle just slids out of the differential. Can be slid back in but nothing is holding it in there.
