Great burgers, great fries and great custard. They have weekly burger specials, but their bacon cheese is the best IMO. I think they're closed Monday's though. Foltz's at the Milwaukee Public Market does a pretty good burger and they have some of the best fries in the city. Casey Foltz FTW.

Not the Kopps. Real talk: They changed their buns or the supplier changed their recipe. They used to be supple buns that sucked up all the unhealthy things that made their burgers epic and deliver it to you in glorious taste. Now!
