Limit circuit fault furnace

I have a 2019 92% 80K BTU Heil gas furnace that started giving me a Code 4 'Limit Circuit Fault' for the past couple of weeks. The furnace will run for about 5 minutes, cycle itself off, and then turn back on until it reaches the set temperature. I called a service tech last week who thinks it could be undersized venting.
