Before coming to Maryland Nonprofits, Rachel worked in nonprofits in New York City, served in leadership positions on several Baltimore nonprofit boards, and in development for KIPP Baltimore. A social worker by training, Rachel earned a master’s degree in social work from Fordham University Graduate school of Social Service in 1994.
