The nagakiba has low damage in the katana class. It makes up for that with more reach and a really good charged attack poke. The River of blood max get a really good high damage. Around 520 maybe. But then you add in the blood weapon art and it becomes a beast. Rivers of blood dual is certainly way way stronger. 3.In similar veins, there is also Double Slash, which is basically Rivers of Blood's AoW minus the VFX. Flaming Strike for extra AR and for just being a good offensive AoW overall. Lightning Slash for alternative but personally i don't think it's as good offensive-wise.
