With the last update, they've screwed up the manufacturing facilities. They do not give anything even though you complete the "puzzle". No more tech tree for you to unlock, nothing.... just some of them rewards you with a random piece of tech you dont have but it's very rare.

Somewhat at the begining I tried a Manufacturing Facility and failed to give the right answer. A few play hours later I came across the same facility. I usually save before I access the facility to recover the data base, and I save inside the facility, by doing that (2 time by mistake) and reloading the game, everything has reset in the facility, literally everything, the door also!
