How soon after you start your medicine do your side effects start? We are upping my dose of medication. Instead of going to .5 immediately, my doctor suggested I go to .25 twice a week. I had a really hard time with side effects the first two or three weeks of the medication. I had a .25 dose on Sunday and then another .25 on Friday.

I think I have been very very lucky; I have not really had any nausea at all the entire time.
