Bought a pair of vegan sneakers from Saye 6 weeks ago and they've already started to fail at the seams, letting water in while it's raining. Saye guarantees their shoes for 2 years so I emailed them asking for a refund and explaining the issue, as well as attaching photos to show the problem.
