I was having problems porting my number from Verizon prepaid to visible. I requested the transfer pin and Visible app kept telling me it was wrong. Turns out, it wanted my account pin and not a transfer pin. Entering in my normal 4 digit Verizon prepaid account pin worked and number port went through without any issues.
