Yeah, I pretty much regret the Nest thermostat purchase. It never lived up to the hype in our house. The 'learning' was a big flop and we ended up turning that off after a while because it just didn't work. We've turned off other features over the years too. The only real 'smart' feature I use is the ability to access it from my phone. Sad really.
